Transcending the Labyrinth; Written by Craig Woods

Today's featured excerpt is by Craig Woods;  writer of "The Labyrinth: Rewiring the Nodes in the Maze of your Mind"
When you're feeling low, one of the best things you can do to investigate your perception is to raise your vibration. Reminding yourself of all the good things in your life is the best place to start. When you fall in vibration, a veil of forgetfulness covers your eyes. Lower-vibratory states can be transcended by merely remembering how you're blessed as you are.

The mind, with its automatic mental and emotional patterns, need to be transcended for you to discover the peace that passeth all understanding. Thoughts and feelings mainly reflect what you believe to be true about yourself or the circumstance at hand. You can have the same thought twice, for example, and not believe it the first time, and as a result of this, no feeling will arise as you're not allowing it to define you. But, if you have that same thought once more and react to it out of fear because you believe it may be true, then you've become identified with it.
You must not identify with your old self, as it's not who you truly are; it's a phantom pretending to be you!
